The NPE-4818 delivers both data and electrical power to Ethernet-enabled devices using a single Ethernet cable. NPE-4818 PoE is 802.3af compatible. It offers 48V/0.375A power supply with standard pin definition of Ethernet cable. Pin#1,2,3 and 6 with data transmission; pin # 4,5,7 and 8 with power enabled to device. The NPE-4818 PoE generates safe power over category 5 cabling. By sending 48V, Ethernet terminals such as wireless LAN access point, IP phone, and web camera are powered remotely.
